Weekend of the 4th at The Ranch

We went to the ranch for the 4th. Here are the pictures.

The morning of the 4th I washed Jake and Abby and J and I did a hayride with Dad. Later our friends L and K came over. L and I went ridding, and for old time sake, went on the rope swing. We had a great time reminiscing about our days slaving away at the ranch. Later Mom had a bunch of people over and we all made our own Pasties and had a great dinner outside followed by some of Mom's best ever homemade ice cream.

Dad asked J and I to help with the fireworks this year which is always a lot of fun, and I think the show went well. I heard the lower half of the parking lot was all full this year. I don't have any pictures because I was too busy lighting them off, but I do have one of the neighbors fireworks here in Vancouver from a few days before.
