This was J's second year duck hunting with his dad. They hunted at a wildlife refuge in Umatilla and brought home duck for me to cook up. I made stew, but am still looking for game meet recipes.
Randomly found this picture and it didn't have a date... not sure if it is from 2011 or 2012.
