Remember this guy? The one who has been causing trouble for the last year? Well Tuesday J got a live animal trap at Harbor Freight for $15. I have spent more than that on replacing plants and dirt, and decided this was the kindest way to deal with him, even if it wasn't the cheapest option.
When I got home from work and looked out the window, this is what I saw!
While I was driving to the park where I let him go, this song was in my head. I wonder if he has any idea how lucky he is to be relocated rather than.....
Sadly this park is only about a half mile from our apartment. I really hope this does not become a homeward-bound story. It is early summer so he has a lot of time to make a new home and to store up before winter.

I just went outside to check on my plants and found that over night 2 of my 4 potato seeds/starts have been dug up and are missing! That was his last crime, if I had any lingering sympathies for displacing him, they are gone now!
